Lowcountry cuisine is a rich blend of Native American, European, and West African influences, creating a culinary tradition that is uniquely its own. Join us for an unforgettable experience with Chef Miles Huff, a retired educator and former Dean of the Culinary Institute of the South, as he takes you on a journey through the history of these distinctive foodways. Chef Huff will also share his expertise through a curated tasting, showcasing the vibrant flavors that define the Lowcountry.
